Sleep Inn & Suites Port Charlotte-Punta Gorda

I was pleasantly surprised how nice the room was for such an old motel. Updated very well. The staff working there were outstanding. We were there for 3 nights

Kim the house keeper on third floor. She is amazing. We work and she did our room when we asked her she got anything that we needed and she did an amazing job the room. She is an amazing person just in general. If your day is rough go say hi to Kim on third floor she will make you laugh smile and warm your heart all at the same time. And Scott at the front desk and I'm sorry but I can't remember the last that almost sounded German?? They were both amazing and we want to thank them too. I am putting my sister in this hotel and anyone else that comes visit us.

Everything! The staff is very friendly, the property is very clean. My family and I had to extend our stay due to a tropical storm going through Tampa. When I explained the issue to the front desk he advised me he wasn’t sure if I would be able to but he would try his best to get the stay extended. Upon my return to the hotel he mentioned to me he was able to extend the stay. It was such a relief for me and lifted a weight off my shoulders. We are in town for my fathers passing and if I’m ever in town again, this will be my place to stay.

Staff works very hard for the guests. Breakfast was very good, with plenty of selection and seating. Clean rooms.

The hotel is very clean, new, the room is wide, beds are great, linens are perfect, very comfortable and pleasant. Breakfast was good enough. Parking was great, easy to access.
